Saving a project

“Save inputs on this device” stores a project in this browser’s local storage. Saving replaces the previous saved project. You can remove it with “Delete saved inputs” or by clearing this site’s browser data. Other people using this browser may be able to load it.

Backups

Downloading a backup creates a JSON file on your device. It contains your project name, yarn rows, costs and delivery inputs. Restoring a file reads it locally and checks its format; it is not uploaded. A restored file replaces the form but does not replace your explicitly saved project until you choose to save it.

Moving between tools

Choosing to compare a list, use an offer or start a list from a stash estimate transfers inputs through this tab’s session storage. The receiving tool consumes the transfer once; transfers older than an hour are rejected. Starting a new list from another tool does not change your explicitly saved project. Product-prefill links contain only a public catalogue identifier.

External links

Shop and source links lead to websites with their own privacy policies. Current links are ordinary links with no affiliate identifiers. Your project inputs are not included in those links. Printing uses your browser’s print dialogue.

Hosting and contact

HazelLoop is hosted on a private server. The web server keeps no access logs, and the site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.
